Overview
Luke Metzler is a renowned attorney who specializes in complex cases involving medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and product liability. Since obtaining his law license in 2011, he has exclusively represented injured plaintiffs and has developed a specialty niche in birth injury litigation as a result of negligent labor and delivery and neonatal resuscitation causing brain damage, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay.
He has a remarkable track record and his results speak for themselves, including obtaining the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Texas in 2019, which was also one of the largest in the United States.
